📝 POOL USE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By reserving this property and using the pool and surrounding areas, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.

No lifeguard is on duty at any time.

Heated Pool Fee : $100/hr

The property owner and management assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or fatalities that may occur in or around the pool area.

Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a capable adult at all times.

Running, diving, or horseplay in or around the pool is strictly prohibited.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party understand and comply with these rules.

Self Check-In & Guest Support

The home offers easy self check-in for your convenience.
We are available 24/7 for guest support. During nighttime hours, assistance is provided for emergencies only, to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests.

Please note: This is a smoke-free property. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED.

We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days):

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Laundry detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels

Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.

For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for covering any utility charges that exceed the standard monthly allowance.
