Whether you're seeking tranquility, outdoor adventure, or a romantic getaway, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Sip your morning coffee on the porch as the sunrise casts a golden glow over the mountains, breathing in the crisp mountain air. Unwind by the firepit or visit nearby wineries. With minimal light pollution, stargazing is unforgettable.

Your Cozy Cottage Stay

Lilly Cottage accommodates up to four guests with charming and comfortable spaces.

Sleeping Areas

• Main-Level Sleeping Nook – Cozy space with rustic beams, a sliding barn door to the bathroom, and a bed with built-in storage.
• Loft Bedroom – Treehouse-like space accessed via a ship ladder, featuring a queen bed and serene views. In the loft area is a Samsung Bluetooth speaker hookup if you'd like to play music!

Kitchen & Living Area

• Well-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, live-edge shelves, stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker (pods, single-serve, or pot), microwave, and toaster oven.
• Cozy living area with a sofa, accent chair, antique railroad cart coffee table, and a smart TV on a swivel bar—viewable from both the living area and bedroom.

Bathroom

• Full-size cast iron shower with galvanized metal walls, a soft-close glass shower door, and plush towels.

• We are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $55.00 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs.

• For their safety and yours, do not leave pets unattended inside the cottage. If you need to leave without your dog, please crate them. Guests please bring their own crate.

• Outside, you’ll find some of our favorite features—the grilling shack and fire pit area. Guests can enjoy a dedicated outdoor grilling station featuring a combination gas and charcoal grill for added flexibility. It’s a great spot to cook a meal, unwind, and take in the peaceful surroundings.
Propane and grilling tools are provided for your convenience.
After dinner, gather around the fire pit, relax under the stars, and enjoy the quiet, cozy atmosphere. You’re also welcome to explore the property, with areas for easy, level walking, as well as a steeper hike down the hill to a small, peaceful creek.

Other things to note
• Lilly's cottage is located one mile from a law enforcement training center and you may occasionally hear distant training exercises.

• Loft Access – Ship Ladder: The ship-style ladder to the loft is steep and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility issues. Please use caution and use both handrails going up the ladder and coming down.

• Driveway:
The gravel driveway has a bit of a slope and curve—just part of the charm of staying in the foothills!
Helpful tip: If you have a larger vehicle, it’s often easiest to pull in slightly toward the camper road, then stop and back into the parking pad. This makes unloading easier and allows for a smooth exit later on.
If you prefer, there’s also a flat parking area near the windmill.
