Nestled in the mountains, this red-roof cabin offers a 1st floor with 2 bedrooms (K/Q), a full kitchen, living/dining area with fireplace, and laundry. Upstairs, a loft features 2 full beds, gym gear, and a half bath with bidet. Outside: a scenic deck with grill and a relaxing hot tub (please shower before use to keep water fresh). A vast play field by a creek, firepit, and basement entertainment area with sofa bed, pool table, and wet bar complete the retreat. Fast WiFi throughout the cabin.

The space
This listing is for the Main House, offering a spacious layout perfect for your getaway. To ensure your total comfort and seclusion, we only host one group at a time on the property; if you book the main house, the guest suite is blocked to other travelers.

I reside in the attached suite, which is separated by a locked interior door. I keep a quiet profile and will completely respect your privacy, though I’ll be out a few times a day to tend to my dogs, chickens, and geese.

Your Privacy & Amenities:
• Exclusive Hot Tub Access: You have private, exclusive use of the hot tub and the main porch during your stay.
• Full Access: You have full use of the main kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. Please note that the garage and a few internal closets are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked.
• No Shared Guests: We never rent the two sides to separate groups simultaneously, so the outdoor spaces and amenities are yours alone to enjoy.

Guest access
You will have full access to all living areas, kitchens, and bedrooms pictured in the listing. Please note that the garage and a few internal storage closets are used for owner supplies and will remain locked and off-limits during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!

We have a friendly flock of chickens and geese living on the property! You are more than welcome to watch them from a distance. Please note that for their protection, their area is secured with an electric fence—we ask that you keep a respectful distance and supervise children at all times.

Other things to note
• Arrival & departure: Check-out by 11:00 AM and check-in after 4:00 PM. This gives us time for a full clean and helps our septic system between guests.

• Occupancy & Pricing: Our nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests. For groups of 7 or 8, there is an additional fee of $60 per person, per night to cover the extra utility and laundry costs. (Maximum occupancy is 8 guests).
• Septic System Care: We are on a septic system, which is common for our beautiful rural area. We kindly ask that you only flush toilet paper—please do not flush wipes, feminine products, or pour grease down the drains.
• Owner Storage: Please note that the garage and a few internal closets are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay.

Friendly reminder: To keep the hot tub water sparkling clean and skin-friendly for everyone, please take a quick shower to rinse off any lotions, body oils, or makeup before entering. This helps prevent foam and keeps the water clear during your stay!

Pro tip: Rinsing your swimwear with plain water instead of washing with heavy detergents can also help prevent bubbles in the hot tub!
