Suite Pintura: Total Silence & Accessibility (35 m² / 375 sq ft).

📐 Ground Floor Privacy: A 35 m² space located at the very back of the house, ensuring a stay free from street noise. Includes a small private foyer at the entrance.

♿ Full Accessibility: Single-level unit with no steps or uneven floors. Features an extra-wide bathroom and a walk-in glass shower, ideal for seniors or guests with reduced mobility.

💻 Workspace: Desk with Eames chair and stable Mesh Wi-Fi (350 Mbps), perfect for video calls and projects requiring high-speed connectivity.

🛏️ Rest: Queen Size bed with three adjustable lighting levels. Includes a 4-speed pedestal fan for personalized climate control.

🗄️ Storage & Ventilation: Large closet suitable for long-term stays. Ventilation is provided via a high-level window (includes a reach pole for easy opening), a design that guarantees absolute privacy and silence as it does not face common hallways.

Fully private and independent unit located on the upper floor at the back of the central courtyard.

*Suite Keys: Secure lockbox (MasterLock) with a unique 4-digit code located right by your door.

*Smart Management: We recommend keeping the keys in the lockbox when leaving to prevent loss and ensure 24/7 access.

*Common Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped for cooking complete meals; a great spot to connect with other travelers.

*Dining Area: Table for 8 people, perfect for meals or working outside your suite.

💼 LOGISTICS & INVOICING:

Invoicing: We provide official tax invoices (facturación); please request yours when booking.

Frequent Guest Program: Special benefits for travelers who visit the city regularly.

Environment: Sunday to Thursday nights are very peaceful. On weekends, downtown comes alive, though noise is usually unnoticeable inside the suite.

🎁 COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES (No extra cost):

Early Luggage Drop-off: We can receive your bags before check-in (starting at 11:30 AM) upon prior request.

Ironing: Iron and ironing board available in our storage unit (request the access code).

Supplies: Extra toilet paper is available in the storage unit via code.

💳 ADDITIONAL SERVICES (Extra charge / Subject to availability):

Post-Checkout Storage: Secure luggage storage until 7:00 PM. Includes access to the common kitchen during this time.

Late Check-out: Stay extension for up to 2 additional hours (after 11:00 AM).

Parking: 24h off-site parking 200m away with unlimited entries/exits.

Hydration: 19L water jugs available for purchase and delivered to your unit.

Laundry: Access to washer and dryer facilities per load.
