Narrows Nest - Orderville

Narrows Nest is a brand-new modern 1-bedroom cabin tucked into the quiet community of Orderville, Utah — built for two, all on one level once you're inside, and perfectly positioned 25 minutes from Zion National Park's East Entrance and one scenic hour from Bryce Canyon. The cabin is intentionally small, designed so the things you came here for — slow mornings with coffee, evenings by the fire, late soaks under the stars — get the room they deserve.

THE FRONT PORCH
Three wood steps lead up to a covered front porch with chairs — a real second sitting space, not just an entry. It's where most guests end up with their morning coffee, watching nature wake up while the Coral Pink Cliffs catch the early light.

INSIDE
The front door opens into a single open space: kitchen, and living room flowing together, anchored by a gas fireplace. The kitchen is built for actual cooking with a drip coffee maker, ice maker in the fridge, full cookware, and counter space for prep — and the kitchen island seats two for meals or works as a laptop surface if either of you needs to take a call. A short hallway leads off the main space to the king bedroom on the right, the full bathroom (tub-shower combo) on the left, and an in-cabin washer and dryer tucked between them. The king bedroom has a smart TV and is set up as a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

THE HOT TUB
Step out side and you're at the hot tub and gas BBQ. The hot tub is uncovered on purpose — Orderville is far enough from city lights that the Milky Way is part of the nightly view from anywhere outside the cabin, and an open sky overhead means the stargazing while you soak is genuine. Deer and wild turkey wander through the neighborhood regularly.

WHAT'S PROVIDED
Fiber optic Wi-Fi (handles video calls), smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, central A/C and heat, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We supply all linens, bath and spa towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, a starter pack of coffee, basic spices and oils, dishwasher and laundry detergent, foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, and an ice chest for park days. Self check-in via lockbox at the door.

LOCATION
Drive times: Zion East Entrance 25 minutes; Zion's main Visitor Center (catch the shuttle for The Narrows and Angels Landing) about 50 minutes; Bryce Canyon National Park 1 hour; Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park 30 minutes; Grand Canyon North Rim 2 hours; Kanab 25 minutes for full grocery, dining, and gas. Closest airport is St. George Regional under 2 hours; Las Vegas and Salt Lake City are both about 4–4.5 hours.

ABOUT THE LOT
Narrows Nest sits on the same lot as our larger 4-bedroom rental, Narrows Landing — separated by privacy walls on the cabin's side, with its own dedicated 2-vehicle driveway and no shared amenities. The two stays don't overlap. If you need more space for a bigger group, Narrows Landing is bookable separately. AWD or 4WD strongly recommended November through March — the community has well-maintained dirt roads and the area gets snow, and we plow the driveway when it does.

HOUSE RULES & STAY DETAILS
Sleeps 2. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. No pets, no smoking, no events. Primary booker must be at least 21 years old. Outside quiet hours after 10 PM.
