We are available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.

You will receive a message with detailed check-in instructions, including your door code, one week prior to your arrival. Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

✅ We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property. Max of 14 people at all times.
✅ A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. If you have questions before booking, please message the host. We reserve the right to request ID to complete the booking process.
✅ Security cameras are located at the exterior door of this property.
✅ Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. $100 fee per dog (up to 2 dogs). Dogs should be kept off fabric/linens unless covered. Additional dog accepted on a case by case basis. Sorry, no cats allowed.
✅ Must be 25 to book (children w/ guardians allowed)
✅ Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
✅ Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk. Guests must be 18 years or older to use without supervision.
✅ Maximum of 5 vehicles (RVs/trailers/boats/UTV’s/Golf Carts are not permitted by the HOA)
✅ We do not offer cable, but every TV is fitting with streaming capabilities
✅ While our property is professionally cleaned after every stay, please be aware that our home is dog-friendly, and there may be some dog hair or dander present. If anyone in your party has allergies to dogs, this property will not be suitable for you.
✅ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is not habitable. All date changes are subject to our cancellation policy.


Failure to comply with the house rules may result in being asked to leave and/or being charged a fee plus damages.


Cancellation Policy:
Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
