House Rules

· Check-in: 3:00 PM
· Check-out: 11:00 AM
· No smoking or vaping
· No parties or events
· Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM per city ordinance. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
· Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
· No pets allowed
· Pool & hot tub:
- The hot tub is heated at no additional charge. It hits to 100 degrees in 45 minutes.
- The pool can be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $100/day, with a 2-day minimum
- Pool alarms are in place for safety. If you have children, please turn on the sliding door alarms and activate the pool alarm during your stay.
- Swim at your own risk
- No glass in or around the pool or hot tub
- Children must be supervised at all times

· Desert Environment & Wildlife:

The home is located in the high desert, and wildlife is part of the natural environment. You may encounter coyotes, snakes, scorpions, lizards, jackrabbits, owls, insects, and other desert animals.

Please keep all doors and windows closed with screens on at all times to help prevent wildlife and insects from entering the home.

Do not feed or approach wildlife and always be mindful, especially at night.

Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.

Unauthorized heating of the pool will incur a fee of $300 per night.

The garage has several items that belong to the host and is not included in the rental of the house. You can access the Washer and Dryer and there is ample space for you to store any items you wish. Everything else in the garage in off limits for guests.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or early termination of your stay.
