The quiet yet central location (approx. 700m to the centre of Duhnen) makes it the perfect starting point for holidays or business trips. No problem! Right next to the holiday flat is the Thalasso Centre ahoi! (first-class 5-star sauna centre, wave pool, fitness and spa). The holiday apartment building is also home to the highly rated Greek restaurant El Greco.

The bright, modern and friendly flat in the house "Seehütte" on the 1st floor (lift available) with approx. 30 sqm immediately creates a pleasant holiday feeling. Unlike in functionally furnished holiday flats, attention to detail has been paid here, leaving little to be desired. Small feel-good elements such as an integrated bathroom radio ensure a good mood in the morning under the rain shower, a sofa and an armchair invite you to read and sit comfortably, a radio (CD/USB-compatible) is also available here and you can play your own favourite music, and to top it all off, a glass of wine can be enjoyed on the balcony with a side view of the sea.The large double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with individually adjustable slatted frame and new test-winning mattresses offers special comfort and ensures relaxation.Clothes can be perfectly stored in a large wardrobe.ENTRANCE AREA:- Shoe cupboard- Luggage rack- Wardrobe- MirrorKITCHEN:The kitchenette (see photo) contains additional features in addition to the basic equipment: Freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.BATHROOM:The well-kept bathroom impresses with many small storage options, an integrated radio and a beautiful rain shower.INTERNET & TV:Thanks to its own Internet connection (50Mbits, Lan + W-Lan), a powerful line is available so that streaming services can be used on the large Smart TV. In addition, there is a TV app subscription with over 116 channels 95 of them in HD, including of course all popular channels.Netflix included.The holiday flat is also well designed for business use.PARKING:The flat has its own parking space, which is located directly in front of the entrance.In the photos you will find a detailed description so that you can find the parking space directly. Please bring your own bed linen and sheets (180x200 or 2x 90x200), towels, etc. Other important information: Tourist tax/guest contribution of the city of Cuxhaven is charged depending on the season, severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 100 and their accompanying person (with mark "B" in the ID card) are exempt from the tourist tax. (Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for wheelchair users)The spa card entitles you to numerous discounts in Cuxhaven and the surrounding area. In order to be able to apply for the spa card in good time, the names and addresses of all persons travelling must be given after booking. The visitor's tax can be transferred separately or paid on the day of arrival.

The flat is located directly in the first row on the beach, the centre with shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached after a 700m walk along the beach promenade.

The accommodation is at ground level, the shower is also almost at floor level (small step see photo), unfortunately the flat is not designed for wheelchairs or walkers.
