Pet-Friendly Property
We welcome one well-behaved dog. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please add your pet during checkout under "Enhance Your Stay."

A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Resort Amenities
Pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, and other resort amenities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs without notice. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Rental Registration
A brief guest registration form must be completed after booking and prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Cancellation Policy
A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. This fee helps offset non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs associated with your reservation.

Minnesota's North Shore experiences rapidly changing weather conditions throughout the year. Refunds or partial refunds are not provided for weather-related events, road conditions, wildfire smoke, flight delays, travel disruptions, or decisions to arrive late or depart early. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
