This is a private, gated condominium with a pool located steps from Doak Campbell Stadium. The laundry room is a shared facility on the first floor next to the pool. It’s on the back side of the opposite building closest to the exit gate.

As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire private condominium. For your convenience, a unique code for the secure gate and the keypad lock for your unit will be provided to you prior to check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.
