The Sand Hollow Oasis is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome designed for fun, relaxation, and adventure. Perfectly located to explore Southern Utah’s stunning landscapes—from Sand Hollow State Park to Zion National Park—this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family vacations or small group getaways.

Unwind in your private hot tub at a cozy 104°F, fire up the outdoor grill, or relax in the spacious seating area. Inside, the garage is a game-lover’s paradise with an arcade, foosball, and ping pong. Stay entertained with board games, a Nintendo Switch, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs throughout the home.

Guests also enjoy FREE access to the brand-new Pecan Valley Resort, featuring a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, full-service restaurant, arcade, golf simulators*, rooftop deck with incredible sunsets, and a 2-acre waterpark with 11 waterslides, lazy river, surf machine, splash-pad playground, adults-only pool, and private cabanas. Waterpark is seasonal and closes November 1 through March.
