Guests will have access to a private one bedroom condo with two covered balconies, off the front and back of the unit. The community has a pool with an outdoor shower and bathrooms off of it. There is a clubhouse and outdoor tables and chairs. There is a shuffle board. Beach access is directly across the street. There is access to our beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

Located on the west side of town, near the quaint town of Laguna Beach. Walkable to PCBs local institution, Thomas's Donut and Snack Shop. There is a local boutique grocery store just down the road, a two-story beach accessory store, and brand name grocerier, drug store and coffee shop all within a ten minute drive. Also, Rosemary Beach is a quick 20 minute drive from the condo. Check out my guidebook for some additional recommendations.

Located in the west end of Panama City Beach this area offers the perfect mix of walkability, beach access, and easy drives to some of the Emerald Coast’s most popular attractions.

Many guests enjoy walking or biking to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and beach access points. The area around the west end of Panama City Beach has a relaxed, beach-town feel with sidewalks and scenic streets that make it easy to explore.

Just a short drive away is Pier Park, the area’s main hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Here you’ll find everything from waterfront restaurants and live music to boutiques and family attractions.

If you’re looking to explore beyond Panama City Beach, the scenic communities along 30A—including Rosemary Beach and Seaside—are about a 15–25 minute drive and are known for charming coastal architecture, beach cafés, and boutique shopping.

For guests without a car, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, though having a car is recommended for exploring the wider area comfortably.
