Check out is at 10 am.

1. Wash and put away all kitchen items, return all items and furniture to the location they were found at check-in.

2. Put all used/soiled towels and bed linens in the plastic laundry baskets provided above the washer and dryer and leave the baskets on the floor in front of the washer and dryer. Leave quilts, blankets, and pillows on the foot of the bed. Do not remove mattress pads from the beds.

3. Clean and return grill to location where it was found at check-in.

4. Tum off all appliances, faucets and lights, indoors and outdoors, except for the air units in the Florida Room and Living Room, please leave these running at 70 degrees.

5. Remove personal items and all trash from inside and outside the property. Bag and place trash in the outside bins provided for trash pick-up on Wednesdays. If the outdoor ashtray was used please empty it, clean it and return it to its location on the back porch.

6. Clean all dog waste out of the backyard using the provided scooper and biodegradable bags and deposit bags in outdoor trash can.

7. Return all beach equipment and bicycles to the storage shed in the backyard. Or to the original location they were in when you arrived.

8. Close and lock all doors. Leave keys to the side and back door (and golf cart if it was rented) on the key hooks inside the side door.
