Reno vacation rentals

My girlfriend and I came here the weekend before Valentine’s Day for an early celebration, and it was fantastic! I wanted a romantic spot, and this place totally delivered. From the charming courtyard to the cozy interior and the backyard with the hens, everything was perfect. James offered extra packages to decorate the place with flowers and a few other sweet touches, which my girlfriend absolutely adored. It really made the stay special. The courtyard was a highlight with its hot tub, sauna, and fountain, we loved unwinding there. After a day of snowboarding at Northstar, the hot tub felt amazing. The room was spotless, and the bathrooms were pristine. I loved drinking my morning coffee in the backyard with the hens clucking around—it was such a cool vibe. My only small note for the host would be to mention more clearly that there’s another unit, separated by just a door. It wasn’t a big deal but it’d be good to know upfront. Overall, this place was amazing and I’d 100% come back

If looking for an overnight or any extended stay and it is yourself or you and a partner - then this is a perfect place! From the moment you let this host know you are coming until the second you leave, you feel welcome! It is quiet and cozy. Clean and comfortable and everything is so simple! And if you have any issue - James and Jillian are very quick to respond and give you the effort to make it right. I checked in late one evening but the instructions were crystal clear to my check in and the "Welcome Robert" banner on the door to my unit brought a comfy smile that I indeed was in the right place! Walk in, a flip the light on and am greeted with a bowl of candies, a loaded coffee maker, and granola to snack on! I was tired and just wanted rest and a tv dinner and the microwave and settings were clean and made it ready to jump in a big comfy bed and choose from a variety of tv options! A great shower with shampoo and soap provided topped off a relaxing experience!

Although I was just passing through Reno on a road trip to Oregon from AZ I got to make the most out of my short time here at this room. I arrived late and was able to ask for some requests that I needed given my situation and they did everything that they could to help! I fact it was the first time an airbnb host actually reached out to me directly by phone to work with me on making sure I could get some rest on a long road trip while enjoying a movie there as well. As far as the actual room goes? It’s everything you see in the pictures and more! I wish I had more time there because the projector, surround system, movie theater chairs, and popcorn machine were top of the line for a home theater. Plus connecting to HBO Max was easy to do too! 10/10 stay and a huge hit after posting to my social media stories. Would recommend to anyone staying in Reno.

My husband and I came to Reno to celebrate our 20th anniversary. So glad we chose James place to stay! Him and his co-hosts made everything super easy from start to finish. The home was exceptionally clean, just as described and stocked with little extras to make it feel more homey. The bed was also SO comfortable! Located right outside of downtown, it was more quiet and peaceful than we expected (which was great) and close enough to walk around and explore the many things midtown has to offer. After our experience, I will now always search for AirBnB’s over a hotel when traveling! The cost was more than reasonable (same cost or less than a crowded hotel would have been) Thanks again! We had a wonderful time!

This place was truly a steal. The house is located on a beautiful lake with stunning views and a walkable trail around the lake, had enough space for our group of 15 to stay comfortably. The neighborhood is extremely nice, safe, and peaceful. Location is simply perfect, right next to Target, movie theaters, casinos, all kinds of great restaurants and cuisines in the area. We stayed here for our Tahoe ski trip and were able to get to the resorts within an hour which is pretty convenient. It's also only 10 min away from the Reno airport which makes it super easy for transportation when you have a large group arriving and departing at different times. I didn't realize how big of a perk it is to be close to the airport until this trip. The house was in great condition and extremely clean, organized, and well-equipped. Thy was always responsive to messages and was able to accommodate us for an early check-in as well. Will 100% stay here again for our next trip to Tahoe!

Everything was perfect in every way with this apartment, the 3rd party security deposit was alarming and a first for me.

The room was very tidy, clean and stocked when we got there. Instructions and communication from Jim were super clear. He was really quick to communicate when we had questions.

James, was very helpful because I had issues with my phone, but he made me feel at ease with his assistance. Should I return to Reno, I would like to stay there again.
