Hampton vacation rentals

This was my second time staying at The SeaTurtle @ Ashworth Place and it was amazing again. Kerry & Steve covered anything you could possibly need during your stay. Such a spacious relaxing place for our beach trip! Prime location for the goat and the Greenroom (Our favs) and only a block to the beach! I would recommend this place to anyone. I hope to be back in the future. Thank you again Kerry & Steve!

I rented the large condo 2 weeks ago with my family. The condo is gorgeous! My wife and I have 4 teenagers and we fit in the condo comfortably. The view from the balcony is awesome!! My wife and I sat there during the day and we could see our kids on the beach easily. I liked that we were at the quiet end of the strip, and that there was access across the street to the beach. Having private parking was great too. We loved it and we can't wait to go back. It was worth every penny. Hopefully we can get back there again this year, but were already planning to come back next year!

First arriving at the unit there was a minor issue getting into the unit using the code provided. I called up Mary and she immediately picked up and resolved our issue. Was able to get right in and parking was a breeze. Felt safe our vehicle was there knowing the parking situation was fenced in and gate entry only. Upon entering the unit, we were blown away by how nice the unit was. Felt much bigger than the pictures. Everything was clean, put away, nice appliances, and knew we would have no problem staying here for a week. Our expectations were exceeded. You cannot beat the view, wish I could upload some of the sunset/sunrise pictures I took while here, just magical. We were pleasantly surprised with lots of water bottles in the fridge, bag of ice in the freezer, and K cups galore. Weather wasn't on our side the week we decided to book, besides 2 out of the 7 it was cold, cloudy, and windy. We had to retreat to the unit for most of the days. Which the TV situation with our 2-year-old saved the trip. Mary was always super engaging with any questions or concerns we had. You couldn't ask for a better host. When we come back to Hampton Beach, we will make it a priority to book with her again. We also ended up getting sick while on this vacation, and if it wasn't for this great stay we would've had a miserable time, Mary's unit pretty much made our vacation go from gloomy to quite nice. Don't hesitate to book with Mary, you won't regret it!

The property was so beautiful, and the view was amazing. The best location. I’ve never been to a rental where they provided so many accessories complementary. Any question I had was answered immediately by the owner. Was very impressed. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This unit was just as described. Very clean and well kept. Having two kiddos the convenience of being across the street from the beach is amazing! I love having a kitchen, as it allowed me to cook and not have to eat out for every meal. It was like being at home! My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony as much was possible and just listen and watch the ocean. We were also able to watch the Wednesday night fireworks right from the balcony. My boys loved it. We can’t wait to book this unit again next year. The host was incredibly responsive (no issues, just prompt answering questions).

My family & I were Lu & Freds 1st renters in 2013 at the stunning beach house & have been renting the same week in July ever since ! This beach house is quite exceptional, the views from the top balcony are wonderful and there are also “2” other decks in which you can sit back and relax on. The home is always impeccably clean and ready to enjoy once you arrive. You are able to walk to the beach which is only minutes away to the almost private beach, which we LOVE. You are only a short distance from the strip at Hampton Beach but yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness of North Beach. Lu & Fred have always been very gracious and are wonderful host. In a nut shell we are VERY HAPPY RENTERS !!!!! Jennifer
