How to Add a Pet Fee on Houfy

You can easily add a pet fee to your listing from the pricing settings. Follow the steps below.

Steps to Add a Pet Fee

1. Go to Manage Listings

Visit: https://www.houfy.com/listings

2. Edit Pricing: Select your listing and click Edit Pricing.

3. Find Pet Settings: Scroll down to “Is your place pet friendly?”

4. Enable Pets: Click Yes to allow pets.

5. Enter Pet Fee Details

• Enter the Pet Fee amount

• Choose how the fee is charged:

• Per pet

• Per stay

• Add an optional Charge per night

• Select the maximum number of pets allowed

6. Save Changes

Save your pricing to apply the pet fee to your listing.

You can choose specific days of the week when guests are allowed to check in and check out. Follow the steps below to configure these changeover days in your listing.

Can you request a security deposit and then separately split the rental rate between two payments?
