11/20/18 - Houfy update:

Mike Jones just received a direct booking:

1) You will notice this in the e-mail title from Houfy.

2) Messaging through Houfy or replying to e-mail works.

3) In this case 50% was due at booking and accepted and 50% will be due Dec 5.

4) We will make a program to remind you 1+ days before to remind you payment will be due.

5) Payment reminder can be send directly to guest and works.

Damage deposit and Rental Agreement - we will check ASAP, as more people might be using Houfy now.
