Head to the beach, play tennis in a world-class facility, or swim in one of 12 pools. You could also go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort’s grounds, or take the kids to the playground. In the evening, eat in or bike to the Sea Colony Marketplace or to Bethany’s boardwalk for good eats and yummy ice cream.

For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our new home we like to call “Serving Sand”.
