This beautifully renovated late 1930s side-by-side duplex boasts stunning original red-brick architecture, along the perfect blend of modern updates and tasteful decorations, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The century-old hardwood floors have been meticulously restored to their former glory.

• 3 Bedrooms - King, Queen, Full sized bed with memory foam mattress

• Iron and Ironing Board
• Full Bath -tub/shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Dedicated workspace with desk and chair, USB plug
• High speed WIFI internet
• 65" and 55" Smart TV with premium Netflix, local channels
• Self check in with Yale smart lock
PARKING: This is a shared driveway. Designated parking for each unit. Please park on the RIGHT side. Street parking allowed.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front and back entrance porches/yard/driveway and front doorbell camera which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the upper cabinet above the refrigerator.
Laundry unit - Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
Registered Guests only are allowed in the property. Occupancy of 6 guests with up to 7 guests Total. Additional guest fee per guest/night over 6. We provide a portable tri-fold 4inch plush floor foam full sized mattress ( located in the master bedroom closet) that can be set up in the living room. Host approval is required.

Notes
REPAIRS AND DAMAGES: The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean and ready to rent condition and use of the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next guest. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the Property during Guest's stay and Guest hereby agrees to indemnify, reimburse and hold Host harmless of and from any damage, claim, injury, liability, cost or other expense whatsoever relating to Guest's use of the Property, including any use by anyone in Guest's party, as well as any violation of this agreement. Host has the right to apply all or any portion of the Security Deposit towards any such damages. Guest hereby grants Host the right to charge Guest's credit card on file for any such damages. Host shall provide Guest with an itemized statement of the damages.
ATTORNEY'S FEES: The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
USE OF PREMISES: The Guest shall use the Premise for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND HOST'S CONTROL: Host will not be liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for circumstances arising out of any act not within her control, including, without limitation, acts of God. If there is a storm or severe weather AND a mandatory evacuation order is issued by state or local authorities, Guest shall be entitled to prorated refund for each night Guest is unable to occupy the Property. It shall not be considered a default of this Agreement if weather is no to Guest's satisfaction and no refund will be issued.
