You are so right about travelers bypassing the OTA services as they are increasingly becoming aware of the #BookDirect benefits, most of all foregoing the OTA "hand of greed" valueless service fees.
The market top of funnel will soon be cracked wide open by new fee-free listing and market place sites with direct access to owners & PMs, without any extra site fees levied on the traveler.

It's been quite a roller coaster ride since launching VRM Intel Magazine in the fall of 2015. I love the vacation rental industry. I love the uniqueness of vacations in privately owned homes, villas, condos, cabins, chalets, cottages, and gîtes and the lifelong memories that result. Families become closer during a vacation home stay.

Dr. James Lutz of Cincinnati claims that Nathan Johnson of Ector, Texas, was recklessly skiing down the "Frenchman" at 1:50 p.m.
