You’ll be minutes from: Bretton Woods, and 4 other close ski resorts, hiking, snowshoeing and scenic trails, North Conway shopping and dining and of course , Storyland, which opens May 23, 2026

This unit includes a washer and dryer with detergent. All linens and towels are provided along with all kitchen utensils and small appliances.

BRAND NEW POOL 2026!! Our shared amenities, including the brand new pool, golf course, and playground, are available for all guests to enjoy.

Guests can access these amenities for a fee of $35 per unit per day, $75 for a 3-day pass, or $135 for a 7-day pass. For golf enthusiasts, there is an additional charge of $20 per person per day to play on the golf course; please note that this fee is not included in the daily amenities fee.

Guests are required to bring their own golf clubs, as we do not offer rentals. Limited push carts and golf carts are available for an extra fee.

These amenities are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, operating daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. The golf course may open earlier in April depending on New England weather conditions and often extends its operation into the fall season.

As part of the resort community, you have access to a seasonal pool, the golf course, and a kids’ playground. Please note, a small amenities fee applies for pool and golf access.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
Per association rules, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
No smoking allowed in the units please.
