Massive Sundance Cabin, Huge hot tub, Sleeps 40+
We recently hosted a family reunion with our siblings and their children. We are a big group with kids ranging in age from newborn to 22yrs old! We are so grateful we discovered this home and that the owners were kind enough to offer it to others. It was evident that this home is dear to generations of this family who must have made so many great memories there - just as we did. The house has so many private bedrooms each with their own bath, as well as two huge bunks rooms with multiple beds. It was great for everyone to have their own space to get away and sleep when needed. The kitchen and living rooms are huge and offered plenty of space for us to all be together. And the kids had a blast discovering all the surprises across the home, including secret staircases that lead to other rooms, a train that runs through the levels of the house, a jukebox and pool table room, and the fun outdoor spaces. Working with the property manager was super easy and all our questions and requests were always answered immediately with some helpful suggestions too. I could see us returning again as a family and also with friends. The Sundance resort is always beautiful every season and this house is the perfect location to enjoy all the outdoor amenities and restaurants too.
Canyon Racquet Townhome Gorgeous REMODEL
We have taken several ski trips and this was by far our best trip! From the reservation process, to the fantastic rental, location to the 4 resorts and the Cotton Heights Area...there are absolutely no words for how great our 8 days in Utah were. The property is only 30 minutes from the SLC airport and 20-30 minutes to 4 amazing resorts. We rented our equipment at the Lift House a short 2 minute drive from the property...they were also great! We rented for 8 days but they only charged us for the number of days were were going to ski...so we would not have to return and recheck out our equipment. We also had a ski boot issue a few days into the trip and they quickly remedied the problem and we were on our way! We are a family of 5 (4 adults and one teenager). The property was the perfect size for us. Great hot tub on the deck, covered garage area to dry our equipment and park the car, washer and dryer, fireplace and a stocked kitchen to cook (we cooked all of our meals there but one). I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the rental. We felt very comfortable and at home. You are very close to the local grocery store...just a quick 5 minute drive. So if you like to prepare your own meals it was super easy to pick up what you need. Our recommendations...rent a car! We were able to drive easily to all the resorts and the covered garage made it easy to park and leave our items without having to carry them inside everyday. We have always taken the ski buses, but we really feel the rental car made the trip more logistically friendly. We also made an evening trip into SLC downtown area and ate at Red Rock Brewing Company a very cool place. We bought the Super Pass through Jennifer and her team....HIGHLY recommend that! No waiting in lines for lift tickets...we got out of the car and went straight to the lifts! Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations! We will be back next Holiday! 5 Stars PLUS!
Celebrate Utah! Cheerful and Cozy Condo
We had a family member at Huntsman Institute for 5 days and Jennifer’s condo was perfect for family that was in and out. The 215 was so close so the trip to the hospital was 20 minutes at most. The unit was very clean. New carpet, new paint, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds a warm hot tub (unfortunately didn’t get used this time) and very roomy. We had lots of family in town so one evening there were 12 people sitting around eating and visiting and there was plenty of room. One thing that is important to me is the area. This area is very nice, we felt very safe. The complex is clean and well kept and so beautiful! We took walks around the complex in the evenings, it was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed after a day at the hospital. Check in was extremely easy and Jennifer was quick to respond when needed. We’ll be back for fun next time!
Brand New! Sand, sun &fun !
We loved this place. It had enough space for nine people, and the kitchen was one of the most completely equipped ones that we have ever seen, after staying at AirBnBs in at least 8 countries. It was spacious and convenient, and you can really cook, even for a family of 9. The house is new construction, and was just very nice and comfortable, and just beautiful. The video game cabinet upstairs kept several of us from getting as much sleep as we should have— because we wouldn’t stop playing! The TVs were good, and were connected to Netflix. It is a great location in a new neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Costco and Walmart, about 45 minutes to Zion. Close to downtown St. George. It was easy to find, only about 5 minutes from I-15. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and barbecue grill. Jenni was really responsive, but we didn’t really need much. The garage was able to fit an SUV and a minivan. We would be very happy to stay there again.
Ski in Ski out Deer Valley
Dear Darrell, To say we had a great time in your fantastic property would be putting it mildly. It was all the more important your home is so great as the snow quality was less than fantastic and we still had a great time! What a fantastic unit, large and spacious offering plenty of privacy to all in our group. Very comfortable feel to the entire home with furnishings and appointments to make you feel right at home. The all suite bedrooms are an exceptional plus. In addition to the main living area, the heated garage is a REAL PLUS! We would depart for our 55 second walk to the ski run each morning in comfort knowing we would be returning to a heated garage. This fantastic amenity really helps your guests keep the inside of the home nice and clean by depositing all the ski gear in the warm and comfortable garage. In addition to being ski on ski out the home is centrally located to everything from Fireside Dining at Empire Lodge to Mariposa's fine dining in Silver Lake to Grappa and Riverhorse down in Park City. Did we mention the views? Quite beautiful day or night. In addition to the home itself, you and Kate were great in helping us plan our trip regarding food and other things to do besides skiing. Let us state strongly when we return to Deer Valley we will be returning to your home! Thanks again for a positive experience! The Salvo Family
Highland Home Getaway
What an amazing 5 weeks in Utah at the Highland House! Lovely and very comfortable house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunset views from the Hot Tub after a hard day skiing are simply AMAZING! The owner, Ria, was extremely responsive to our requests for a larger coffee maker and sauté pan, extra wine glasses, and a fridge replacement filter for our extended stay. During our stay we used the Hot Tub almost daily, and Ria proactively had it serviced every 2 weeks. THANK YOU SO MUCH Ria! Wonderful hospitality, beautiful home and neighborhood with nearby hiking trails and parks. Great location! The house is only 45 min. to Cottonwood Canyons’ ski resorts, 70-85 min. to Park City & Deer Valley, and ~85 min. to Snowbasin. RECOMMENDATIONS SKIING: Ordered preference: Alta, Snowbasin, Solitude, Deer Valley, Park City, Snowbird, Canyons; NOT Brighton – Bad parking lot - icy, haphazard. Poor design of lift entrance gates RESTAURANT: 11 Hauz Jamaican Restaurant in Kimball Junction
Moab Oasis
The place had a great set up. It’s very conducive to hanging out while someone is cooking and the tv is on. It was a nice place to come back to after a bunch of hikes. It was very homey. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The house was very well stocked. Plenty of close parking. Very convenient to go to the local parks. Quick drive to groceries, gas, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable. The downfall is that at checkout you’re required to do laundry for linens you used. This made our alarms even earlier for check out day as we wanted to catch the sunrise at Arches. We wondered what the $95 cleaning fee was for since we had to do laundry and wash dishes. I would have expected not to do some of that work or have a lower cleaning fee.
Red Rock Respite
The place was just okay for what we paid, was not super impressed like some past places I have stayed. Upon arrival there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. Kitchen table was perma-dirty and could probably be replaced. There was a Wi-Fi router sitting on the cabinet below TV that wasn't hooked up. It was obvious that they were sharing Wi-Fi from some other unit that they also had in the building. There was no Wi-Fi range extender (that I could find) in the unit, and we pretty much didn't have internet the whole time. Twice we tried to watch movies and could not get them to work. I think in the times of the rona when people are relying on internet for classes and to connect to work this is incredibly important and should not be skimped on. I am not sure what the $95 "cleaning fee" is for considering that the day before checking-out I got a message from host saying that if we didn't clean all dishes and have all sheets off beds and loaded into washing machine there was a $30 fee. Overall was not satisfied with my stay (or customer service) there, would not rent from again.
