I have lived in this neighborhood for a long time - about 40 years. It has changed greatly - and several times. When I moved here, Munjoy Hill housed working class families, - Now it appears to be the most popular place to locate in Portland - no doubt due to the incredible waterfront we have up here, and easy access to points north by car, and Portland by foot (or car).
