We are retired produce brokers who have lived in the area for over twenty years. We love the coastal lifestyle and have owned at Windjammer since 1997 owning Unit 305 and recently purchasing Unit 315. We both grew up in South Florida so love the beach, the sun and the laid back atmosphere and of course all the historic aspects of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and the wide array of restaurants and pl things to do. Great location to explore the surrounding areas. There are 24 miles of beaches in St. Johns County and close to Orlando,Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Titusville Cruise Port, Jacksonville and Gainesville.
