Co-Owners of Lazy Zone Vacations of Panama City Beach, we set out to design, build and manage the vacation properties that we were never able to locate on our travels with friends and families. FL Northeast meets Northwest and somehow end up in the South! We currently call GA home but are hoping to migrate sooner rather than later, work and lifestyle permitting. Both of us currently travel for work so our hope is to someday spend a bit more leisure time enjoying the PCB/30A area when we do have down time. In the meantime, we want to share the fruits of our labor with you in hopes that you will enjoy what we have lovingly designed as beautiful and functional vacation rental properties. Having spent so many years traveling for a living as well as for fun, we wanted to design properties that made sense and maximized the functional space. So many properties are built like regular houses without attention to detail when it comes to what people really use and need in their weekly vacation rental. I think you will agree that our effort to make these houses some of the most spectacular properties in the PCB area will pay off and you, the guests, will get to enjoy them as much as we do!
