Recognized as one of middle and south Georgia’s finest courses and best value for play, Georgia Veterans Memorial Golf Course or ’Vet’s Course,’ is open seven days a week throughout the year from 8 a.m. through dusk.  Playing the course, you are offered picturesque lake views. The beauty of Lake Blackshear, along with the region’s mild climate, makes this a perfect place to enjoy year-round golf. Our course was designed by Denis Griffiths and was ranked by Golf Digest as a four star course. You will be challenged by expertly placed mounds, water hazards, and plenty of sand bunkers defining the holes and enhancing the sport. The Dwarf Bermuda greens are large and sloping and wide, while Tif 419 fairways wind through mounds and stands of tall loblolly pines.

The course offers a full-service clubhouse complete with food and beverage service as well as private meeting space. Perfect for corporate tournaments, fundraising events or individual play, golfers of all skill levels will enjoy Vet’s Course.
