It is amazing what we have ALL done in the last years!

• 15000+ Hosts on Houfy
• 22.5 MLN in direct bookings and growing exponentially!
• 60K+ listings

Plans for 2024:

• Connect to 2 channel managers per month. (Hospitable & Hostify will be added to OwnerRez & Hosttools in January) --> Grow inventory
• Languages (ESP/ITA/GER/FR) --> Increase traffic outside US
• Limited marketing of Houfy --> Brand-awareness / Conferences / News / Online Advertising --> Increase traffic
• Team building: There are already several people working with Houfy on a trial basis in India/Luxembourg/London/Florida/Colorado Springs/Greece - We'll introduce when the time is right.
• Prepare host ownership options for Houfy (2025/2026)

Q1 2024:

• Implementing Pricing for Houfy hosts: All hosts excluding “wonderful hosts” will be required to pay a 1 time host verification fee. (Currently set at 5.99) All hosts using lite and/or premium tools will be required to sign up for our plans.
• Re-introducing contests: Most viewed listings/Most bookings per listing/Most host referrals etc.
• Improving website builder tools with more templates
• Improve host dashboard

Q2-Q4: You all know how we work.. tricky to plan & execute as we constantly change plans and adapt to requests made by hosts.
