WE PAY $50/HOUR FOR 2 PEOPLE TO COME AND CLEAN FOR 2-4-5 HOURS. THAT IS $100/HOUR or $200-$400-$500. Cleaning fees vary depending on the configuration of the rental chosen ~ 2 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, 6-7 bedrooms.
Minimum cleaning time is 2 hours and max should be 5 hours for a whole place rental..

  • STRIP ALL BEDS. SHEETS ARE TO BE LEFT ON TO CHECK FOR DAMAGES
  • LAUNDER ALL SHEETS/BEDDING AND TOWELS
  • RE-MAKE ALL BEDS
  • CLEAN ALL BATHROOMS
    CLEAN KITCHEN REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, SINK & DISINFECT ALL AREAS
  • VACUUM ALL FLOORS
  • SWIFFER ALL FLOORS
  • DUST
  • CLEAN WINDOWS- PEOPLE LOVE OUR FRENCH DOORS SO MUCH THAT THEY KISS THEM!
  • REMOVE TRASH AND RECYCLING FROM RECYCLING AREA OUTSIDE
  • CHECK GRILL FOR CLEANLINESS
  • CHECK WOODSHED FOR NEATNESS
  • CHECK THAT THE BOATS ARE LOCKED PROPERLY
  • CHECK RECYCLING FOR COMPLIANCE

YOU CAN HELP THEM BY ABIDING TO THE HOUSE RULES

  • PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THINGS ~ Take pictures if you won't remember
  • RINSE ALL RECYCLING ~ REMOVE CAPS ~ REQUIRED BY RECYCLING CENTER
  • DO YOUR OWN DISHES AND PUT THEM AWAY WHERE YOU FOUND THEM
  • WIPE UP AFTER YOURSELF- TABLE, STOVE & COUNTERS
  • TAKE OUT THE TRASH & RECYCLING. PUT COMPOST WHERE DIRECTED (seasonal)
  • PLACE TOWELS IN THE HAMPERS PROVIDED
  • TAKE ALL OPENED FOOD WITH YOU
  • WE DONATE UNOPENED FOOD TO LOCAL FOOD SHELTER

OUR CLEANERS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DO

WASH YOUR DIRTY DISHES/POTS/PANS/COFFEE POTS PUT THINGS AWAY THAT YOU MOVED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE
CLEAN THE GRILLS PUT PANTRY APPLIANCES BACK IN THE PANTRY RINSE OUT RECYCLING OR REORGANIZE RECYCLING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW (ACT 148) PICK UP GARBAGE OR TAKE OUT YOUR GARBAGE OUT WIPE OFF COPUNTERS AND DINING TABLE AFTER YOU
