We will send you our no stress access information via e-mail/message platform before your stay within 1 week of your stay. If access changes (dependent on weather conditions) we will notify you. Please communicate your ETA.

CHECK-IN ~

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.

We may have left outside lights on for you. Please turn them off when no longer needed. Front flood lights are in living room left of French doors. Back flood lights are left of the back door. Thanks....much appreciated!

Please do an initial walk-through and alert us to anything amiss. We will make it right. Hopefully we have dotted all our I's and crossed all out T's. Text or call: 802-558-0040.

What do we need to do for check-out?

Please depart on time unless otherwise agreed.

- Linens - Leave sheets on beds, we will take care of it. Place towels in hampers provided.

-Dishes must be washed and put away where originally found. It’s OK to leave dishes in the dishwasher.

-Counters and stove must be wiped clean and clear. Keeps mice and bugs from moving in.

-Put items and furniture back in the proper places as found.

-Remove garbage and place in green trash bins. Bungee cord them to prevent raccoons from dining. -Place rinsed recycling with caps removed in the recycling area in red container(s) outside. -Cardboard goes into small/short blue bins. All under carport in winter. -Recycling center is moved to other side of stockade fence in summer. Recycling needs to be rinsed so we don't
attract creatures great and small. They WILL come if these aren't followed.
-Compost goes into barrel in winter and to compost pile next to back lawn in summer.
Do not put food in garbage- it goes into compost. Don't put meat or dairy in compost. Place it in the freezer;
we will take care of it for you!

-Lock all doors. Lock porch door first, then French doors, master bedroom door, bathroom to outside door, and exit out the back door locking it behind you.

-Turn down main furnace in hallway down to 55. Turn other heat sources OFF.

-Turn off all lights.

-Toys and lawn picked up and placed neatly in the woodshed.

Our cleaning fee covers the stripping of the beds, laundering sheets/bedding & towels, remaking the beds, cleaning bedrooms & bathrooms, cleaning/setting up fire place, vacuuming, swiffering, washing windows and mirrors, wiping down furniture. You are expected to keep all common areas, inside and out, picked up, and tidy.
