There are many dentists in the Bucerias area, and most come highly recommended. I have only used one and was very pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism, cost and the work that was performed.
The office is owned by a Canadian and his Mexican wife, who is one of the head dentists. She personally worked on me, providing me with 4 crowns that I was super pleased with. Their rates were very competitive. I would go back again, for sure.
