This pedestrian street runs parallel to the beach and has the majority of tourist attractions including shops, restaurants, and street entertainment.

We have been owners of our condo for 24 years.  Playa was just a sleepy little fishing village at that time.  My how things have changed. We have all the modern conveniences that you could possibly desire and still enjoy the natural beauty of Playa del Carmen.  Our condo is a one of a kind, oversized, corner unit within 50 feet of the beach.  You will really enjoy the view from our balcony.  We hope that you enjoy this little piece of paradise as much as we do.
