Here's an pretty good article but they fail to mention that if you elect to use your credit card insurance, you will need to pay the "bill" before you leave Mexico (or they will just charge your card). Then you have to file a form with the Credit card company and wait up to 45 days for a reply. Check your credit card terms and conditions before electing this option.
