We work very hard to keep our cabin clean and well-maintained at all times, but despite our best intentions sometimes guests encounter problems upon arrival or during their stay. If you notice anything wrong when you arrive, please text or call us, preferably within 24 hours after check-in so that we may address the problem:

Please understand that we live 3 hours away in the Bay Area and we do not always visit the cabin between guests, so occasionally things are broken or malfunctioning and we are not aware of the problem. We will try to resolve all issues as soon as possible, but please be aware that it does take longer to get repair persons scheduled in the mountains. Most cover very large territories in the Sierras and they only work in Arnold on designated days.

If there is an issue that we cannot resolve over the phone, we will arrange for Melissa, or an appropriate service provider to visit the cabin as soon as possible.
