It is a very good and quiet residential location very close to all the sights in town, just a short distance away on foot or by bike. There are good transport connections.
Bremerhaven enjoys an excellent location by the water and in recent years has also emerged as one of the architecture highlights of the north. You can admire many buildings by famous architects here (Böhm, Ungers, Steidle, Scharoun, Kister and Scheidthauer etc.). The Kunsthalle, the Kabinet für Aktuelle Kunst and the new Kunstmuseum are also worth a mention. Further highlights are the Klimahaus, the Deutsches Auswandererhaus, the German Maritime Museum and the zoo by the sea.
The apartment of around 37m² is on the ground floor of a single-family house with a separate entrance. We offer you an original one-room apartment with an individual design, featuring contemporary art and a piano. The sleeping area has a double bed for a relaxing and pleasant night’s sleep. There is a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge, a two-ring hob, a kettle, a coffee machine, an espresso machine, a toaster and all accessories, in order to prepare simple meals. The beach facilities and the famous Weserdeich are right nearby and invite you to go for a stroll. The new sports boat lock and the marina are very popular among sailing enthusiasts. There are shopping facilities about 600 metres away It is recommended to go on a shopping trip to Bremen (about 30 minutes by car), as well as a beach day in Sahlenburg/Cuxhaven on the North Sea coast.
