The house is also suitable for dog owners. The owner is always present and available for information or guests' needs
The garden for relaxation is very large, fully fenced and with many types of plants, the pool is protected by gated access, has a heated shower and a solarium with two sunbeds per flat. There is a new bike storage room, protected by video alarm and available to guests.
This flat is located on the ground floor of the house. It is very crino, and provides approximately 50 m² of living space. The flat has a comfortable and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 189 cm), a chest of drawers and a wooden table and chairs. It is equipped with satellite TV, and the room and living room are air-conditioned. The cushions and fabrics match and are in good condition. The kitchen unit is conveniently equipped and offers crockery and cutlery for four persons. The refrigerator with a freezer compartment is new. Many decorative features provide a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is bright and pleasantly large. The bedside tables and the double bed are made of wood with orthopaedic mattresses and a slatted frame, as is the wardrobe. Carefully selected bedside lamps and daylight blankets create a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is functionally equipped, tiled and has a shower and a window.
The flat is equipped with a safe, heating and air conditioning.
The porch is the size of a living room and is airy and shady even at midday. It has a red brick fireplace for grilling and a white plastic table and chairs. From here you can look out over the greenery and the pool.
The boiler room is in front of the entrance to the flat and serves as a practical storage room for cleaning utensils, clotheslines and so on. A hoover, iron, ironing board, fan and hairdryer are provided on request.
The beach is within walking distance, and there are convenient storage facilities in the vicinity where you can rent boats and be taken out onto the water directly.
