The beach, medical centre, bus stop, taxi rank, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, chemist, cash dispensers and leisure areas are only a few metres away from the flat. The capital of the island, harbour and airport are very close.

The terrace is equipped with a set of four armchairs and a coffee table. Small garden with flowers.
