Besides being in the heart of the city, it's located in a charming and beautiful street, close to the central metro station "Trindade".
The Balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs.
The 5th floor, of about 55 m² in size, comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sleeping couch; there is also a bedroom next to it with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 300 metres away. All the main attractions are in walking distance, everything it's at your fingertip. Nearby you can find the most exciting attractions of the city as well as the best places to go out for dinner or even for a drink and some dance.
The beach is about 7km away.
