The special experience
<P>Sleeping in a water tower is an unforgettable experience! This renovated water tower from 1896 offers surprises for young and old. It has at least 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a games room, a large garden and a meeting room for 12 people. From the windows of the original water tank and also from the observation tower at a height of 36 meters, you have a wonderful 360 degree view of the landscape, with views over the city for miles. And yes, there is also the sea right behind the boulevard. Just great!</P>

The accomodation
<P>On the ground floor is the large eat-in kitchen which allows 16 people. There is a dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove including a wok burner and a double hot air oven. The transparent glass gas fire provides an atmospheric partition and also a view into the living room. The high ceilings in the living room further accentuate the round shape of the tower. Delightful relaxing sofas, armchairs and a private entrance to the garden platform complete the luxurious living area. The first floor is half a floor with a playful children&#39;s room with 4 bedsteads (200 x 80 cm) a toy chest and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second to the fourth floor are a total of 6 large double rooms. There are two luxury bathrooms with walk-in shower, bathtub, bathroom furniture and toilet. One of the bathrooms even has a comfortable sauna. From the fourth floor, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to the area below the water tank. From there, you can enter the immense water tank. Only then do you really experience how much water was once stored in the tank: 300,000 litres. There are windows on all sides, offering an unobstructed view of the surroundings, the city and even a little bit of the sea. Climb even higher for the meeting room for 12 people and finally, at 36 metres, a unique lookout tower. In the almost industrial basement there is a fully equipped playroom with Photo Play, Pacman and billiards, among other things. You can also use the washing machine and dryer located here. Surrounding the water tower is a spacious garden (ca. 800 m2 plot) including a large terrace with plenty of sun and privacy. There is a trampoline for the children. You will also find a large lounge sofa, tables and chairs, a parasol and BBQ. There are 5 parking spaces on site and a charging point for electric and hybrid cars.</P>

Surrounding area
<P>The Vlissingse Boulevard is just a stones throw away and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There you will also find the swimming beach (&lsquo;Badstrand&rsquo;), the southernmost sandy beach in the Netherlands, where you can almost touch the passing ocean-going ships.
