Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of the island of Lanzarote, ten minutes from the airport, this is the perfect place for your holiday. The Avenida de las Playas runs along the beach, with shops, restaurants, bars with live music and lively nightclubs. It stretches along about seven kilometres of coastline, which includes the beaches of Los Pocillos, Playa Grande, Playa Chica, all with golden sand, as well as several coves. The above beaches have been certified as safe beaches by the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE): Safe Tourism Certified, after passing an audit carried out by TÜV RHEINLAND. You can practice various sports: scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, parascending, and for those who like cycling there is a twenty kilometre long cycle path. There is also a golf course for golf lovers about five minutes away between the towns of Puerto del Carmen and Tías.
The terrace of about 11 metres has a hammock as well as a garden table and three chairs. The complex has two swimming pools, one of them for children, as well as a small playground.
The flat is located in the complex Aguazul, on the ground floor, it consists of 1 bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom and terrace. The bedroom has a bed of 1,35m with a big wardrobe, two bedside tables, with a simple decoration and a ceiling fan, the kitchen is perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, juice squeezer, microwave, crockery, kitchenware and cutlery. The bathroom with washbasin, wc, shower and hairdryer, with another small room with ironing board, iron, washing machine and heater. The living room with flat screen cable TV with national and international channels, with a sofa bed of 1,10m. The flat has free wiffi, safe and public parking.
The flat is very centrally located, about 500 meters away is the Avda. de las Playas, there we can find everything, bars, restaurants, shops, live music in various venues, casino. There you can take taxis and public transport. Nearby there is a cash machine and about twenty metres away there is a supermarket and a pizzeria. Along the avenue you can find the beach.
