Vista Blu Resort is located on the hills of Monte Carru, 2 km from the charming town of Alghero. The property offers a breathtaking view of the Capo Caccia bay with its spectacular sunsets. The center of Alghero is only 3 km away; here visitors can enjoy a walk on the historic Spanish ramparts or have fun in its modern premises.

The closest beach, Lido di Alghero, is only 3.5 km away, so the use of a car is recommended. Nearby there are also several archaeological and natural sites, such as the Grotte di Nettuno, which are definitely worth a visit.

The villas, built with full respect for the environment, are set in a context of well-kept gardens and surrounded by the characteristic Mediterranean scrub and centuries-old olive trees. The 6 person Villa has a living room with double sofa bed, a bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FORFAIT: per day per person from 03.06 to 15.09 € 7.00 adults; € 3.00 for children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen (change of bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights)

2) FINAL CLEANING: Villa 6 €80.00; Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

3) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, mandatory for the Municipality of Alghero. The amount varies according to the period.

4) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

3) FAMILY KIT (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): € 8.00 per day.

4) BEACH TOWEL: rental € 5.00 per change

5) AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE / KETTLE: € 2.00 per day per piece

6) COT (for children 0/2.99 years) ON REQUEST: € 5.00 per day, free if brought by the customer.

7) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.

8) TRANSFER: from/to Alghero airport €50.00 for 1/3 pax car, €70.00 for 4/8 pax car. From/to Porto Torres € 95.00 for 1/3 pax car, € 120.00 for 4/8 pax car. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 20%. Prices are per way. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
