Located on a side street, the apartment is very quiet at night and is just a 5-minute walk from Plaža Lučica. Several restaurants and a supermarket are also close by, within easy walking distance. It is also a suitable base to enjoy an active vacation on Vir as its surrounding area is known for mountain biking, jet skiing, surfing, sailing as well as hiking accompanied by Mount Velebit and sea views.

Vir’s numerous raw and urban beaches make it an ideal destination to relax and forget the hassles of the modern world. Its most famous beach, Jadro, and a couple of family-friendly beaches, as well as seafront bars, are just a 6-minute car ride away. Additionally, Vir’s Kaštelina Castle, the Sapavac Bay known for its healing peloid mud, 12th-century historical buildings, and the bridge Privlaka that connects Zadar to this summer paradise, are all about an 8-minute drive from here.
