Villa Marinjo is a refined, recently renovated semi-detached villa, immersed in the quietness of the Mediterranean maquis of Alcamo Marina. The interiors, with attention to every detail, combine a contemporary style with 1970s design pieces and original artwork, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The living room opens onto a beautiful panoramic sea-view terrace, perfect for relaxing or sipping an aperitif at sunset. The kitchen leads instead to a cosy outdoor area furnished with a sun umbrella, dining table, chairs and a comfortable sitting area, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing.
From every corner of the house you can admire a suggestive view of the sea.
The owners occasionally live in the adjacent villa, however, there are no shared spaces and each area is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The sandy beach of Alcamo Marina is only 850 metres away and, in the immediate vicinity, there is a bar, a small market and a restaurant-pizzeria.
