Villa kaivopuisto - Lavia

During summer time (1.6. - 30.8.) 4 + 6 beds. If a summer reservation is made for 10 persons, please indicate the number of persons in the booking details. The maximum amount of persons (10 people) can not be exceeded. Outside the summer the maximum number of people is 6.

45 km east of Pori, lake Karhijärvi 30 m (12 km long, 4 km wide), low sloping sand bottom, deeper mud, sturdy pier with table, own rowboat.

Modern wooden villa built in 2009, spacious kitchen and living room combination,
downstairs bedroom 2 beds, sauna (wood stove), washroom (1 shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, lounge with sofa for two, balcony. Extensive terraces.

The villa has geothermal heating system and mechanical ventilation.

There is also a yard cottage (40 m²) available only during summer time from 1.6. to 30.8., no running water. In the cottage there are two alcoves (curtain door) both with double bed, sofa, electric radiator.
NB! Pets can be brought to the yard cottage (max. 3 dogs). The customer must inform about the dogs in the reservation details. Note that pets are allowed only in the yard cottage. Pets cannot be brought to the main villa.

In the cottage there is PS3, outdoor games and board games.

At the beach there is a campfire place. In addition gas grill and smoker and 2 sup boards.

AT Extra price:
Outdoor jacuzzi for rent, 200€/weekend, 300€/week.
There is a wood fired hot tub in the terrace. Week rent 150 €/weekend 100 € (client heats it). Other prices must be asked from the owner of the cottage. It is good to reserve the hot tub beforehand. Payment to owner in cash (even money) on site. Comfortable combination of well-equipped villa and a yard cottage on Karhijärvi beach. The lake from the villa opens to the south. Peacefull plot.

The courtyard is spacious and bright. Good walking path to the beach. Large well-groomed lawns, terraces in the front and backyard with outdoor furniture will ensure your enjoyment.

Karhijärvi is a big lake and there is good fishing possibilities.

The beach is gently deepening and the sand is brought (2017) to the beach, so it is suitable for even small children.

The owner rents out outboard motor 4hp (50€/week incl. 5l gasoline).

Tampere (eg. Särkänniemi Amusement Park) 88 km, Pori 46 km, Old Rauma (World Heritage Site) 97 km.
