💵 Security Deposit:
- 3,000 THB cash deposit required at check-in
- Fully refundable after inspection at check-out
- Covers any damages or violations of house rules
- Returned immediately if everything is in good condition


🐾 Pet Policy
We love pets! Please follow these guidelines:

Requirements:
- Maximum 2 pets per booking
- Small pets only (under 10 kg each)
- 500 THB per pet, per night (paid at check-in)
- Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved
- Please inform us about pets before booking

Rules:
✅ Keep pets off all furniture and beds
✅ Supervise pets around the pool area at all times
✅ Clean up after your pet immediately (indoors & outdoors)
✅ Pets must not disturb neighbors
❌ Guest is responsible for any pet-related damages


🚭 No Smoking Inside:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa
- 3,000 THB cleaning fee if this rule is violated


🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No loud music or noise outside after 10:00 PM
- Please respect our neighbors and the residential area
- Pool and outdoor activities should be kept to reasonable noise levels


👥 Guest Policy:
- Standard occupancy: 8 guests
- Maximum occupancy (with extra beds): up to 12 guests
- Extra bed (3.5 ft) available — 1 per room (please request in advance)
- Children aged 0–7 years stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents
- Children aged 8 and above are charged the same rate as adults
