A cosy 2nd-floor (with lift) apartment of a family-friendly residence, this apartment is an ideal base for an exciting holiday at any time of year.

The apartment sleeps 3 people, and has been carefully equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. The living area has French windows opening onto a small balcony with a table and chairs ideal for an al fresco aperitif. Back indoors there is a sofa and stylish armchair with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a table for 3 people and is next to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

The residence has a large, heated, indoor swimming pool; a popular spa (closed 24th & 25th December); a gym; a sauna; a children’s indoor play area; café and a ski shop.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a comfortable single bed.

Bathroom:
A classic, tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and W.C.

Please note that the SPA will be open from the 22nd December 2023 till 30th April 2024, every day from 13.00 to 20.00 (with last treatment available at 19.00). The pool is open from the 15th December 2023 till 1st of May 2024. The cafè is open from the 16th December 2023 till 30th April 2024, everyday but Wednesday from 7:45 to 13.00

Location
The village of Vallorcine is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery and the nearby slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous there are paragliding centres close by. Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.

Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
