The entire home except for cleaners closet, garage and basement. There is a large barn in property that is private property and not for guests use. Otherwise the entire 35 acres is for enjoyment

We are happy to discuss events and large gatherings with a separate fee and contract in addition to the short term rental. For groups or gatherings over 13 there is an additional fee of $250 - $1000 depending on event size and number of people. This is to cover the trash disposal and to maintain property which is charged separate. Please inquire for more information
