The flat is located in the historical centre of Castellammare del Golfo, in the pedestrian area, opposite the Town Hall.
There are two terraces, one for exclusive use with a view of the mountain. The second terrace is very large and has been divided in half with tall plants with the other flat mentioned above. Each of the two flats therefore has a share of the terrace for exclusive use and furnished.
Its living area is 45 square metres. In standard mode it can accommodate up to four persons, and together with a second flat it can accommodate up to six persons. Furnished with care and attention to detail, it consists of a double bedroom, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and LED TV, an American-style kitchen that is fully equipped and has electrical appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, and accessories; a bathroom with shower, a delightful and functional terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, overlooking Corso Mattarella, and a second terrace with a sea view and solarium complete the flat. The flat consists of the following rooms: a living room with LED TV and sofa bed for two people; a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, coffee machine and dining area; and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bidet.
The accommodation is proposed as an optimal solution for holidays, as it allows one to visit the historic centre of the village comfortably on foot, and to reach the sea in a few minutes' walk.
