The sunny altitude of the village offers a unique view of the mountains Rachel (the Germans' favourite mountain, 1453 m) and Lusen (1371 m) and on a clear day even the Alps are within reach. A bus stop is a three-minute walk from the house, a bathing lake with sunbathing lawn and trim trail is only a 5-minute walk from the house. Shopping facilities are within a radius of 5 kilometres. The Bavarian Forest is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Central Europe. In this marvellous natural landscape, you can wonderfully "let your soul dangle". Countless paths and trails lead through unspoilt nature in pure, aromatic air. And those who prefer a quieter pace will find dreamy spots everywhere.
