The outstanding climatic low mountain range landscape offers excellent air quality and naturally pure spring water. No through traffic. Ideal starting point for short and long hikes. Recreation, fun and activities are on offer at any time of year.

A bus stop is a three-minute walk from the house, a bathing lake with sunbathing lawn and trim trail is only a 5-minute walk from the house. Shopping facilities are within a radius of 5 km.
