It is very well located 100 meters from the sea in one of the best areas of the canet beach, where most are small buildings. The area is very quiet, where it is not necessary to move by car, since 200 meters there is a health center, pharmacy, supermarket, police ... everything you need.
The entrance to the garage is independent with electric control.
The house is sanitized and hygienically treated and disinfected.
